What we do with your details.
Short version: you give us a few details to book a Data Map call. We use them to contact you about that call. We do not sell them, and we do not connect to any of your tools or data at this stage.

Who we are
Next Step is a product of Knight Studios, a digital marketing and creative studio. In this page, "we" means Knight Studios.
What we collect
When you fill in the Data Map form we collect:
- your first name, business name and email address
- your mobile number, if you give it (optional)
- the kind of business you run and the tools you tick
- the question you wish you could answer, if you write one (optional)
- where you found the form, if the link you used carried a tag such as ?src=outreach
We do not run analytics or advertising trackers on this site. The only thing stored in your browser is your light or dark choice, and that stays on your device.
Why we collect it
- To contact you about your Data Map call and to follow up on it.
- To prepare for the call, so the 20 minutes are useful.
- To see which links and tools bring people to the form.
If you later become a client, we handle your business data under a separate written consent that lists exactly what is read and why.
Who sees it
The details go to Knight Studios by email and are stored in a database on Cloudflare, which hosts this site. Cloudflare's servers may be outside Australia. We do not sell your details or share them for other people's marketing. We may share them with service providers who help us run the site and email, and where the law requires it.
This page loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when the page loads.
How long we keep it
We keep it while we are talking to you about a Data Map or a hub, and delete it when you ask us to. If a conversation goes nowhere, we review and clear old leads from time to time.
Your choices
You can ask to see what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can ask us to stop contacting you. Email aaron@knightstudios.com.au and we will respond within a reasonable time.
If you are not happy with how we handled something, tell us first. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
