Nothing connects until you have signed a plain-English consent that lists exactly what is read and why.
Credentials never travel by email or chat. Each tool gets a one-time link that works once and expires in 24 hours.
Summaries and anonymised figures. Customer names and contact details are kept only where your dashboard needs them for outreach.
Every time someone views personal details, it is recorded.
Ask us to disconnect a tool or delete your data at any time and we will.

Setup is a one-off fee, waived on a 12-month term. Minimum three months, then month to month with 30 days' notice. Extra data sources and industry functions are priced per add-on.

Do I have to change the tools I use?
No. Next Step sits on top of the tools you already have. Nothing new for your team to learn.
Which tools does it connect to?
Live today: Momence, Google Search Console and Google Analytics. Google Ads and ServiceM8 are next, then Xero, Meta Ads and email tools. Tell us what you use on the Data Map call and we will say what is ready and what is not.
Can my staff see the money?
Only if you want them to. Staff logins show the data they need with revenue, pricing and payment amounts taken out.
What if I decide to stop?
After the three-month minimum it is month to month with 30 days' notice. We disconnect your tools and delete your data if you ask.
Are you promising more revenue?
No. We have not measured that yet and we will not claim it. What we can show you is where your numbers are today and what to do about them.
